3. Employer Responsibility for Approved Content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all content you create, provide, edit, or approve for publication. CaregiverJobs.io may publish content on your behalf only after your approval. CaregiverJobs.io is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or consequences of any content published based on your approval. This applies to Employer Content and to any Platform Output you approve for use within CaregiverJobs.io.
4. Non-Discrimination. Postings must not include discriminatory language based on protected characteristics under applicable law.
5. No Fees to Applicants. You may not charge job seekers fees of any kind to apply.
6. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use.
(a) Employer Content. You retain all rights to content you provide, including your job descriptions, company information, and other materials (“Employer Content”). You may reuse your Employer Content anywhere. You grant CaregiverJobs.io a limited, revocable license to host, format, display, and publish Employer Content on your behalf as part of providing the service.
(b) Platform Output. Templates, variations, employer descriptions, persona language, scoring, analytics, and other outputs generated by CaregiverJobs.io (“Platform Output”) are the property of CaregiverJobs.io. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Platform Output only within the CaregiverJobs.io platform for your recruiting activity. You agree not to copy, export, scrape, download, or repurpose Platform Output outside of CaregiverJobs.io.
7. Template Approval & Rotation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving template language and employer descriptions before publication and accept responsibility for any Employer Content and Platform Output you approve for use within CaregiverJobs.io. Location and coverage details may be inserted and rotated automatically based on your Launch Zone settings.
8. Equal Opportunity Statement. A standard Equal Opportunity Employer statement is appended to every job post unless you replace it with your own wording in Mission Control.
